TASKA ("TASKA", "we", "us") operates a verified services marketplace based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information about clients and service providers who use our website at taska.world.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account & contact data: name, email, phone number, location in Dubai.
- Verification data (providers only): Emirates ID, trade licence, portfolio samples, professional credentials.
- Usage data: pages viewed, interactions with the AI Concierge, search terms.
- Technical data: device, browser, IP address, approximate location.
3. How we use it
- Verify provider identities, trade licences and portfolios.
- Connect clients and providers via WhatsApp.
- Reply to enquiries collected by the AI Concierge.
- Improve the platform, prevent fraud and meet regulatory obligations.
4. Legal basis
We process personal data under one or more of the following bases: your consent, the performance of our agreement with you, compliance with UAE law, or our legitimate interest in operating a trustworthy marketplace.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share information only with verified providers you choose to contact, with service providers who help us operate (hosting, email, analytics), and with UAE authorities where legally required.
6. Data retention
We retain verification documents for as long as a provider remains active on the platform plus a reasonable archival period to meet regulatory obligations. Marketing and analytics data are kept for a maximum of 24 months.
7. Your rights
