1. Acceptance
By using TASKA you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the platform. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
2. What TASKA is
TASKA is a verified services marketplace that lets Dubai residents discover and contact service providers. TASKA itself does not perform the services; it operates the discovery, verification and contact-routing layer only.
3. Client conduct
Clients agree to use TASKA only for genuine service enquiries, to treat providers respectfully, and to comply with all UAE laws. The platform is free for clients; we do not charge booking fees or commissions.
4. Provider conduct
Providers must submit accurate verification documents, hold valid UAE trade licences where applicable, deliver the services they advertise, and keep their profile accurate. Providers retain 100% of their earnings — TASKA charges only a subscription fee.
5. Pricing & subscriptions
Provider subscriptions are 99 AED/month or 999 AED/year (Individual) and 599 AED/month or 5,999 AED/year (Company). Subscriptions renew automatically; you may cancel at any time before the next renewal date.
6. Disclaimers
TASKA verifies providers in good faith but cannot guarantee the outcome of any specific job. Clients are responsible for evaluating providers' suitability before hiring. TASKA is not party to the agreement between client and provider.
